Lead Therapist Specialist

- Conduct in-depth occupational therapy assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide regular progress updates to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Offer parent consultations and guidance on creating effective home-based intervention strategies.
- Foster a parent-focused approach by providing active counseling and empowerment services.
- Deliver high-quality sessions while ensuring exceptional client retention rates.
- Mentor junior therapists through feedback, one-on-one coaching, and group training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously identify and incorporate new tools, techniques, and resources to improve therapy outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and objectives.
Key Requirements
- A Master of Occupational Therapy degree is required. A valid license is also mandatory for this position.
- Hands-on experience working with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD & Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Cerebral Palsy (CP) & Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorders & Neurodevelopmental Delays is highly desirable.
