We are a leading provider of special education and vocational training services for children and adults with diverse needs. Our team of rehabilitation professionals provides physiotherapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy to help students achieve their full potential. We offer pre-vocational and vocational training programmes, including the NIOS curriculum, to equip learners with the skills they need to succeed in life.

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with learners, parents, and colleagues to develop and implement effective Individualised Education Plans (IEPs). Your expertise in developing and implementing therapeutic strategies will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist who is passionate about empowering diverse learners and promoting inclusive education. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adults with multiple disabilities, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be proficient in using educational technology and assistive aids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities using standardised tests and informal evaluations.
  • Develop and implement Individualised Therapy Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific needs and goals.
  • Provide one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions to improve articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive communication.
  • Work closely with special education teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and parents to support integrated student development.
  • Monitor and document students' progress and adapt therapy plans as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid certification or license to practice as a Speech Therapist (as per local/state regulations).
  • 3 to 7 years working with children and adults with multiple disabilities.
  • Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
  • Familiarity with assistive technology and specialised instructional strategies.
