Job Overview

Leading digital transformation and Next Generation programs requires strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills. We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee our projects and drive results.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with technical stakeholders from various sides to ensure optimal solutions aligned with business requirements
  2. Participate in technical discussions and position technical trade-offs to client stakeholders
  3. Present and explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
  4. Define project plan, KRAs and process with project stakeholders
  5. Communicate project status and structure across teams
  6. Ensure projects meet deadlines
  7. Define potential problems and suggest alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards
  8. Manage day-to-day progress of projects, including risk assessment and problem resolution
  9. Conduct project reviews according to prescribed process
  10. Serve as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing complex IT and business initiatives
  • Deep experience in understanding functional scope, design and technology to ensure right solutions
  • Proven ability to engage with technical stakeholders and explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of executing projects in areas like Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management
  • Knowledge of allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation
  • Ability to work under tight project deadlines
