Australian Telecom Career Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Service Executives – Australian Telecom. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers, while also identifying opportunities to upsell telecom products and services.

Job Description:

  • Handle inbound calls for Australian telecom customers with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Upsell telecom products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • HSC/Graduate (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written.
  • Prior BPO experience preferred (customer service/upselling/telecom domain).
  • Willingness to work in Australian shifts and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
