Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team in Thane, Mumbai.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading Australian telecom process, providing customer support while engaging in value-based upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls for Australian telecom customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and concerns.
  • Recommend and upsell telecom products and services to customers.
  • Maintain accuracy in customer records and ensure satisfaction.
  • Work towards achieving sales and service targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • HSC / Graduate (Experienced candidates with minimum 6 months of customer service experience).
  • Excellent English communication skills – both spoken & written.
  • Prior BPO experience preferred (customer service/upselling/telecom domain).
  • Willingness to work in Australian shifts.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
