We are hiring for an **International BPO - Customer Service with Upselling** role in **Thane, Mumbai**. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading **Australian Telecom process**, providing customer support while engaging in value-based upselling.

**Location**: Thane, Mumbai (Work from Office)

**Role**: Customer Service Executive - Australian Telecom (Voice Process)

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience + attractive incentives

**Shift**: Australia Shift - 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM (any 9 working hours)

**Work Days**: 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for Australian telecom customers
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns
- Recommend and upsell telecom products and services to customers
- Maintain accuracy in customer records and ensure satisfaction
- Work towards achieving sales and service targets
- **Excellent English communication skills** - both spoken & written
- Prior BPO experience preferred (customer service/upselling/telecom domain)
- Willingness to work in **Australian shifts**:

- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
