Job Opportunity:
Are you a seasoned Labour Relations expert looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the labour union, handling collective bargaining and wage settlements, ensuring timely resolution of grievances, and liaising with labour authorities and government bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Labor Union Engagement: Foster a positive and productive relationship with the labor union through active communication and collaboration.
- Collective Bargaining and Negotiation: Handle collective bargaining and wage settlements effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Grievance Resolution and Prevention: Ensure timely resolution of grievances and proactively address potential IR issues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Liaise with labor authorities, government bodies, and legal consultants to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Disciplinary Actions and Investigations: Lead disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and ensure legally compliant proceedings.
Requirements:
- At least 5-10 years of experience in Labor Management or Industrial Relations
- Masters degree in Labour Welfare or related field
