Business Overview

We are seeking a seasoned freelance consultant to contribute to the expansion of our Small Medium Enterprise (SME) insurance business. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their network and expertise to drive growth and achieve tangible results.

The ideal candidate will help us provide comprehensive risk management solutions to SMEs, safeguarding their businesses in an evolving market.

  • Commercial General Liability (CGL)
  • Workers' Compensation (WC)
  • Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability
  • Cyber Crime Insurance
  • Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance
  • Product Liability Insurance

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and target high-potential startups and SMEs for tailored insurance solutions.
  2. Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, including founders, finance heads, and HR.
  3. Gather insurance requirements from companies and arrange introductions with our sales team.

Upon introduction, sales closure will be handled by our dedicated sales team.

This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in the SME ecosystem, including:

  • Individuals with prior experience selling or consulting on business insurance products.
  • Chartered Accountants (CAs) working with SMEs/startups.
  • Finance professionals engaged with startups or SME clients.
  • Sales professionals with a portfolio in the SME/startup segment.
  • Entrepreneurs with a deep understanding of SME risks and business requirements.
