This role oversees the harmonization of business processes, optimization of target operating models, and enhancement of operational efficiencies across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement standardized processes across the region to create a cohesive approach to operations. Collaborate with regional teams to review target operating models that enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Additionally, this position involves helping agencies identify and prioritize automation opportunities to reduce manual processes and operational redundancies. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between regional agencies and promote best practice sharing.

Performance Metrics:
  • Develop and implement a high-performance mindset within the regional agencies. Monitor and coach QPMs to improve agency performance across the region.

Other responsibilities include identifying and leading regional improvement projects focusing on operational waste reduction, simplification, and efficiency gains. Regular assessments will be conducted to uncover opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and simplification across various functions.

Regional Deployments:
  • Deploy Target Operating models in the regions challenge to minimize exceptions and manage stakeholder expectations. Deploy new tools and new process within the Region Monitor implementation and project adoption before handover to Business units.
Project Management & HO contribution:
  • Participate in HO global projects, working closely with HO BEX team and external teams to manage the effective implementation of projects. Act as a focal point for the region to provide regional specificities and process needs.

Required skills and qualifications include conceptual and strategic thinking with advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills. An inspiring management style which incorporates the company's vision and values, that is naturally collaborative, bold and teamwork driven.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Maritime Business, Logistics or Supply chain, or business management.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in project management and/or business process improvement.
  • Certification in LEAN Six Sigma, Project Management would be advantageous
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and align operational processes with strategic business goals.
  • Change Management: Skilled in managing change effectively to drive the adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Technology Acumen: Knowledgeable about new and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify and deploy relevant tools for process improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proactive in identifying opportunities to reduce waste, automate tasks, and simplify workflows (Lean and Six Sigma knowledge)
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, assess performance, and inform process optimizations.
