Operational Excellence Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, tracking, and improving core processes across fulfillment, warehousing, and other operational teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by streamlining operations and increasing efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Creation & SOP Building
    • Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fulfillment, warehousing, and daily operations.
    • Standardize workflows to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
    • Continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.
  • Program Management
    • Lead projects on efficiency, automation, and scalability across operations.
    • Support execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with fulfillment and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order flow.
    • Work closely with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams.
  • Data & Analytics
    • Develop dashboards and reports for visibility into operational health.
    • Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management (D2C / retail / fashion / e-commerce preferred).
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL.
  • High ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration.
