Job Title: UCCE L3 Engineer

Job Description:

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and technical support to ensure seamless communication services.

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions, 3rd party call recording platforms, and Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • Familiarity with Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficient in MACD creation for Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Deep understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, with knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Awareness of Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices functionality.
  • Familiarity with VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools
  • Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogue signalling.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Voice platform and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaboration with Third Party Providers for problem resolution and OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities including system design issues, upgrade plans, and technical documentation.
  • Primary point of contact for service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations.
  • Support team members and contribute to process improvements.
  • Maintain and update Knowledge Base and documentation, and initiate process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
