  • We are seeking a skilled Cisco UCCE Engineer to support our Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting complex systems, troubleshooting, and creating Macros for efficient call handling. Additionally, they should be knowledgeable about VOIP protocols, telecom infrastructure protocols, and ITIL processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions, 3rd party Call recording platforms, Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC, SIP, H.323, MGCP, ISDN, analog signaling, and voice network deployment models.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to UCCE systems.
  • Macros and Scripting: Experience with MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a 24/7 business support environment.
