Job Opportunity: Inbound Tour Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Inbound Tour Operations Specialist. As the key link between international travel partners and on-ground suppliers, you will be responsible for curating unforgettable experiences for FITs and groups.

In this role, you will manage and respond to B2B travel queries from international agents, design customized itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences, handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners, oversee travel documentation, provide real-time tour support, maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates, and stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions.

To succeed in this position, you should have 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations, strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent, proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations, excellent communication in English (written & spoken), detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to think on your feet.

Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations.
  • Strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent.

  • Excellent communication in English (written & spoken).
