Job Description

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven individual to assist in delivering exceptional people experiences.

As a key member of our growing team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and data accuracy, as well as providing cross-functional support.

The ideal candidate takes initiative, owns processes from start to finish, and thrives on enabling others to excel. Responsibilities include:

  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences
  • HRIS Management: Support maintaining accurate employee data, including attendance, leave, documents, birthdays, and anniversaries
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities, including exit letters and documentation
  • Policy Support: Help draft, update, and communicate People policies
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins
  • Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentation, agreements, and maintaining records
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback

Bonus points if you have hands-on experience in logistics, MS Excel/Google Sheets skills, or an interest in People, operations, or business administration.

Your first three months involve learning systems, shadowing onboarding and admin tasks, owning data accuracy, vendor coordination, and supporting events, running onboarding independently, managing ops, and providing insights for process improvement.
