About this Role

As a motivated ESG Reporting Specialist, you will support the development of our sustainability reporting product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to research frameworks, assist with reporting requirements, and contribute to building solutions for BRSR, GHG Accounting, GRI, CDP, and EHS compliance.

This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals with a strong interest in sustainability, corporate reporting, and ESG technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on ESG standards including BRSR, GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines.
  • Support mapping of ESG standards to ensure accurate tracking of regulatory trends.
  • Assist in data collection and structuring for ESG reporting templates.
  • Work with teams to develop GHG emission (Scope 1, 2, 3) accounting workflows.
  • Collaborate on benchmarking studies and gap assessments.
  • Provide feedback on ESG reporting product features from a user perspective.
  • Support preparation of client-facing documentation and case studies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol.
  • Basic knowledge of EHS management frameworks is beneficial.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace; exposure to ESG software tools is advantageous.
