Job Title: Nursing Faculty Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and contribute to the growth of our Nursing faculty. As a seasoned academic professional, you will be responsible for driving excellence in teaching, research, and administration.



About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee the efficient conduct of classes, examinations, and technical training programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance to department heads and teachers in designing timetables to optimize infrastructure and human resources.
  • Overseeing the timely preparation and distribution of information among students regarding studies, examinations, rules, schedules, and guidelines.
  • Serving as the single point of contact for ensuring the timely completion of the enrollment generation process for newly admitted students.
  • Ensuring institutional data related to teaching and learning, staff, examinations, academic programs, and circulars/notices for students is regularly updated on the university website and MIS.
  • Conducting regular meetings with teaching and non-teaching staff to understand challenges related to teaching and learning processes and examinations, and exploring solutions in consultation with the Principal.
  • Holding periodic meetings with students to gather feedback on the teaching-learning process and the conduct of examinations, and exploring avenues for continuous updation/enhancement in the same in consultation with the Principal.
  • Assisting the Principal and Dean of the respective faculty in preparing for scheduled visits by expert committees for the institute's inspection.
  • Organizing training programs, workshops, seminars, and symposiums in collaboration with the Principal and the Centre for Human Resource Development.
  • Collaborating with the Admissions Cell to organize career awareness seminars in various regions to promote the institute's programs among prospective students.


Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Ph.D. degree.
  • At least 15 years of experience in teaching, research, or administration in universities, colleges, or other institutions of higher education.
