
Channel Partner Ecosystem Expert

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking individual to support our channel partner ecosystem as a key member of the Ecosystem Operations team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing operational support to our NextWave partner program, including responding to inbound requests from channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Managing access to the partner portal, ensuring accuracy of compliance data, and handling deal registration exceptions.
- Updating and troubleshooting the Partner Locator tool, and onboarding new partners.
- Liaising with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales Ops, Data Governance, and IT.
- Leading business process improvements and establishing partnerships with key stakeholders.
Requirements for success in this role include:
- At least 10 years of experience managing high-volume cases using email-based ticketing systems or similar tools.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with G-suite, ServiceNow, SFDC, and data governance activities.
