Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our global team of organizational development consultants, facilitators, and content creators.
This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for designing and developing learning experiences and content that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Daily tasks include conducting needs analysis, creating instructional materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, and evaluating learning outcomes to inform future design decisions.
The role involves applying instructional design principles, utilizing various learning technologies, and ensuring the relevance and effectiveness of learning programs in achieving desired results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop learning experiences and content aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct needs analysis and create instructional materials to meet learner needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and evaluate learning outcomes to inform future design decisions
- Apply instructional design principles and utilize learning technologies to enhance learning experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Instructional design, content development, and learning experience design skills
- Needs analysis and learning assessment skills
- Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience with learning management systems and learning technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
