The Role of a Service Advisor

  • We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Kerala's leading German premium car workshop.

As a customer-focused professional, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and the technical team. Your excellent communication skills, passion for cars, and strong organizational ability will enable you to manage service schedules, customer follow-ups, and service documentation efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs effectively
  • Provide accurate service estimates and timelines to meet customer expectations
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth service delivery and satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers on service progress and post-service satisfaction to build trust
  • Maintain accurate service records and manage appointments to optimize workflow
  • Promote additional services and genuine spare parts when appropriate to increase revenue

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in automotive service advisory or customer service in the automotive industry
  • Good understanding of German premium car brands (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Mini Cooper preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues
  • Organized, customer-centric, and solution-oriented approach to handle challenges
  • Passion for automobiles and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
