We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the SAP IS-U FI-CA application.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs and KPIs for customers.
    • Record and review related incidents and issues during weekly status meetings to ensure timely resolution.
  • New Initiatives:
    • Interact with stakeholders and other teams to understand business requirements.
    • C-coordinate with offshore partners to ensure project delivery timelines.
  • Complex Projects:
    • Design and implement regulatory and non-regulatory requirements.
    • Resource planning and estimating developments, ensuring execution as per planning.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Improve and automate business processes.
    • Track issues and document changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-8 years of work experience.
  • Deep experience in SAP FI-CA module, including debugging.
  • Strong customer-facing project experience.
  • Able to design/build custom function modules with medium complexity program logic.
  • Capability of finding automation opportunities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to research and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • English language skills required (B2 level).
  • German language skills an added advantage.
