Role Overview

The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of warranty claims. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify repair orders against dealership systems and prepare claims for submission.
  • Accurately review, code, and process warranty claims.
  • Maintain records, update claim notes daily, and track aging claims.
  • Communicate with dealership staff to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in warranty processing (Ford, GM, or Chrysler) is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
