Brand Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Brand and Marketing Lead to join our team at AIM. The ideal candidate should possess 7+ years of experience in brand management and marketing, including strategy development and execution of marketing campaigns across diverse channels.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and equity in alignment with client objectives.
  • Planning, executing, and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, and events to drive brand engagement and sales.
  • Overseeing digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms.
  • Collaborating with the research team to conduct market research, reach out to leaders and participants and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Managing brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints, ensuring messaging and visual identity align with client brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the editorial team to develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, articles, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.


The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy development, operations, and executing marketing campaigns.
  • A proven track record of successful brand building and marketing campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.


This role offers a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a competitive benefits package.
