Business Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to take on key responsibilities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets, develop customer databases by contacting customers, collecting inquiries, and sending regular offers.
  • Procurement and Sales: In charge of buying and selling plastic resins (PP, PE, PET & PVC) from Indian producers and distributors, as well as selling to assigned existing customers and new customers.
  • Representation: Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and international tradeshows to promote company trademarks and products.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with Indian resin producers.
  • Logistics Support: Assist Branch Manager in monitoring logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research by gathering market information for price setting to specific markets.
  • Marketing Reports: Prepare marketing reports, analyze market trends based on region, seasonality, and customer habits.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop marketing ideas and strategies to gain potential customers' interest.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • In-depth understanding of the polymer market in India.
  • Able to travel for business trips both domestically and internationally.
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.

Skills:

  • Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding leadership quality and negotiation skills.
  • Time and task management.
  • Ability to work independently under high pressure and adapt to a flexible work environment.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade, or other related fields. An MBA degree is preferred.
