Job Description

The HR Partner is a senior-level professional responsible for delivering high-judgment HR support to managers, enabling them to become more effective in driving customer impact and positive employee experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance to managers on complex performance management cases, including the development of performance improvement plans and assessments.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations matters, adhering to established processes and policies.
  • Develop and implement Manager Education initiatives to enhance manager effectiveness and drive collective education.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and central teams to drive improvements in manager experience and lead the implementation of employee programs across countries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HR Partnering roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and independently.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of accomplishments in dynamic environments, with a focus on customer-driven results.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and make the best use of available resources.
  • Project management expertise, with a proven track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations.
  • Coaching and consulting skills, with the ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders.
