Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud Specialist to join our team. As a highly experienced consultant, you will be responsible for delivering impactful solutions for business needs using the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implementation: Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex to extend platform functionality.
  • Branding and Customization: Customize branding, theming, templates, and layouts in Experience Cloud.
  • Integration: Integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems via APIs.
  • Security and Optimization: Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support, issue resolution, and enhancements for Experience Cloud implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency: Strong proficiency in LWC, Aura, Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Process Builder.
  • Customization: Experience with Experience Cloud branding, customization, and portal management.
  • Integration: Hands-on expertise in APIs, integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
  • Security: Solid understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Certification: Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification is a strong plus.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability: Immediate availability (mandatory).

  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or industry-specific Salesforce products.
  • CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Agile Delivery: Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
