Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to grasp the core functionality of Salesforce standard objects, encompassing lead generation processes, marketing campaigns, and relevant reports and dashboards.

This involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to comprehend business requirements and processes. It also includes documenting and analyzing required information and data, as well as preparing specifications and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and customizing Salesforce Sales and Service applications.
  • Collaborating with distributed cross-functional teams to deliver effective experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree.
  • Salesforce Cloud knowledge and experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
