Salesforce Solutions Architect

The ideal candidate will lead and implement large-scale Salesforce CRM projects, leveraging process improvements and technological innovations to drive business value.
- Develops and executes technical strategies to enhance the efficiency of Salesforce Sales, Service, Revenue clouds, and CPQ/Revenue Cloud implementation.
- Manages multiple stakeholders, builds consensus, and fosters collaboration between business and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead for Salesforce Sales, Service, Revenue clouds and Salesforce CPQ / Salesforce Revenue cloud experience is essential.
- Hands-on experience in Lightening Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data loaders, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Process, Customizations, and Data/Metadata Migration.
Requirements:
- Sound understanding of Lead to Cash Process
- Exposure to business change management
- 6-8 years of Strong Experience in Designing and building custom functionalities and capabilities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC ecosystem.

- Agile Certification
