Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Sales Cloud solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
- Design scalable, high-performance, and secure architectures aligned with enterprise IT strategy.
- Establish standards for data models, APIs, integrations, and DevOps practices.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security compliance.
Technical Expertise:
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Salesforce Administration (roles, profiles, permission sets, approval processes).
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Act as the technical authority and guide for developers, admins, and consultants.
- Mentor junior team members and foster technical excellence across the team.
Project Delivery:
- Lead large-scale Sales Cloud implementations covering Lead, Opportunity, Campaign, Forecasting, CPQ, and Pipeline Management.
- Oversee enterprise-grade integrations with ERP, marketing automation, and other business systems.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architecture.
- Conduct executive-level solution walkthroughs and present technical roadmaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 12-15 years of IT experience with at least 7-8 years in Salesforce CRM.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and implementations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Administration.
- Strong technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect/System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
