Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive awareness, conversions, and growth for our company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage performance marketing strategies to achieve key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor daily spends, campaign efficiency against KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies to stay ahead.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights and reports to inform future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Candidate with a strong interest in digital marketing or 1-2 years of experience.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, numbers, and reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Possession of passion for wellness, consumer brands, and e-commerce marketing is a plus.
