Business Transformation Specialist

As part of SAP Consulting, you will be responsible for providing consulting services across various SAP applications, focusing on SAP Sales and key account management for various sectors. You will help clients enhance operational efficiency, improve customer engagement, and support their overall business transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support SAP implementation and consulting projects, focusing on SAP Sales.
  • Develop and implement customer service and engagement strategies aligned with clients' customer experience goals.
  • Assist clients in optimizing their SAP Sales operations to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Drive value and innovation for clients, turning customer service into a revenue-generating business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide the best solutions and strategies to clients.
Mandatory Skills:
  • SAP Sales experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • SAP Sales expertise.
Years of Experience Required:
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP Sales.
Qualifications:
  • Required:
  • Bachelor of Technology (BTech)
  • Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Travel Requirements:
  • Candidate may be required to travel and work from the client's location as and when required.
