Recruiting Strategy Executive

The Recruiting Strategy Executive will lead our organization's recruiting process, developing job descriptions and sourcing top talent. This role involves implementing overall recruiting strategies, preparing recruitment materials, assessing applicants, onboarding new employees, and building influential candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an effective recruiting strategy
  • Prepare and post job openings to relevant job portals
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude
  • Onboard new employees to ensure a seamless transition
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates during the selection process
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback schedules
  • Search for job applicants using various sources
  • Analyse employment data and create reports based on findings
  • Advise management on implementing and organizing recruitment programs
  • Inform applicants of application status and conduct background/reference checks
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system database

Technical Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar experience in an HR role
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software
