Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic alliance leader to drive growth across our zone through partnerships with key stakeholders.

About the Role

  • Foster relationships with banks, non-banking financial companies, microfinance institutions, brokers, and corporate agents to expand our market presence.

  • IDentify new business opportunities by engaging in consultative dialogue with potential partners, showcasing our capabilities in Credit Life, Broking, Corporate Agency, and Group Insurance.

  • Develop innovative partnership models to enhance our reach and achieve zonal targets through partner channels.

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of existing alliances, ensuring seamless operations across partner touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners, providing market insights and competition analysis to inform product strategy.

  • Lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and analytical abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in alliance management, business development, and team leadership.
