About the Role

Our organization is seeking a General Manager Operations who will lead a team of Operations Leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

This role involves coordinating with design and production teams to maintain aligned timelines for their respective cohorts/cities.

The successful candidate will manage internal stakeholders, including Finance, Vendor teams, Installer teams etc., to ensure they receive necessary support to meet customer promised timelines and quality standards.

  • Own the entire customer experience post-project booking until handover.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for your region and resolve customer issues within committed ETAs while completing projects successfully.
  • Continuously coordinate with cross-functional teams such as installer teams, vendor teams, category teams, product teams etc. to facilitate faster issue resolution for team members to solve problems on ground.
  • Empower the existing team, hire the best talents in the country to strengthen the regional team, and ensure everyone adheres to defined process SOPs and standards for a standardized customer experience.
  • Responsible for Customer Move In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, Quicker resolution of customer escalations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from a reputed institution or an MBA from a Tier 1 B-school shall be preferred.
  • 7 to 12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
  • People management skills (direct team reporting in past roles is a must)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
