As a Demand Generation Specialist at our organization, you will help us scale our sales engine through world-class outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop campaign plans aligned with business goals and ICP.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns.
- Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and feedback.
- Build dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics and scale successful tactics.
- Coach and guide team members on outbound best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong analytical mindset with 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation.
- Proficiency with CRM and outbound automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator).
- Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
