Tax Analytics Specialist

Job Summary:
The Tax Analytics Specialist is responsible for leading the analysis of tax data to drive business insights and strategic decision-making. This involves collaborating with customers to understand their tax data and reporting needs, as well as analyzing existing data and proposed system tools to identify transformation and reporting issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Quality Reporting Solutions: Develop detailed specifications for reports, including technical and summary documentation. Create and edit workflows to automate tax data manipulation and generate outputs designed in the requirements.
- Design and Implement Tax Data Solutions: Develop dynamic reports that enable end-users to filter and aggregate parameters according to their needs. Test and document tax data solutions to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Project Management: Proactively identify dependencies, issues, risks, and barriers to completing assignments. Escalate to stakeholders and supervisors as necessary to ensure project success.
- Skill Development: Support and contribute to managing project scope, schedule, and quality within the team. Maintain and manage multiple projects while meeting expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years' experience with Microsoft Power Suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Alteryx, SQL Server, Power Query, and Power BI.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
