Job Title: Avataar IT Operations Lead

Avataar is seeking an experienced IT Operations Lead to join our team. As an IT Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our IT systems, including network administration, system maintenance, and ensuring the security and integrity of our data.


  • Design and deploy functional networks, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN.
  • Configure and install various network devices and services.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
  • Implement and manage network security measures.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and updates.
  • Analyze network performance metrics and optimize network configurations.
  • Implement network traffic management and quality of service techniques.
  • Lead IT team projects from inception to completion.
  • Identify and recommend new technologies and tools.
  • Ensure the organization's IT systems comply with relevant security standards and regulations.
  • Assist with audits and assessments conducted by external regulatory bodies or internal audit teams.
  • Lead the response to security incidents.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
  • Conduct security awareness training for employees.
  • Develop and distribute materials to promote a security-conscious culture within the organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Manage team workload, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.
  • Make informed decisions to overcome obstacles and keep projects on track.
  • Encourage a problem-solving mindset within the team.
  • Encourage team members to pursue professional growth through courses, workshops, and certifications.
