Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing relationships with partner functions, 3PL's, transporters, and diverse groups.

Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating supply risk, escalating when required, and driving resolution through effective communication at all levels.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate supply risk and escalate when necessary to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Managers, executives, and Suppliers.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the team to promote open communication and problem-solving.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on risk evaluation and mitigation.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or logistics.
