We are a leading company in the waterproofing and construction industry, committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. As we grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily on-site activities and coordinate on-site waterproofing and construction activities.
Ensure timely execution of projects as per schedule and quality standards.
Manage site workers, subcontractors, and materials efficiently.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Maintain daily reports and communicate progress with management.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
Conduct quality checks towards waterproofing/construction work.
Maintain communication between client and field workers.
Core Competences:

  • Site Supervisions & Coordination
  • Waterproofing Systems (membrane, coating, injection grouting etc.)
  • Site Measurement & Quantity Estimation
  • Billing & Documentation
  • Payment follow-up & Coordination

Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
Willingness to travel to various project sites outside Delhi whenever required.
Communication Skill- Hindi, Understand and writing skill in English.
Computer skill Excel, Word etc.
