  • Conduct site inspections, gather data, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Track project costs, budget utilization, and highlight potential issues.
  • Organize materials, negotiate vendor contracts, and support procurement.
  • Assess project feasibility, assist in budget estimation, and ensure compliance with standards.

Skills Required:

  • Strong site supervision and project coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and safety compliance.
  • Good communication and reporting ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / AutoCAD preferred.
