Lead Audience Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of audience acquisition strategies for online & offline events, conferences, and campaigns across various industries.

This is a senior role requiring strong operational leadership, strategic vision, and proven expertise in driving attendance growth, managing complex event operations, and building long-term client and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute audience acquisition plans that maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Leverage multi-channel outreach (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to drive consistent audience growth.
  • Build and maintain high-quality B2B databases, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns.

Event Operations:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously, from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage senior client relationships, ensuring impeccable service delivery and resolution of escalations.
  • Partner with sponsors, partners, and CXO-level executives to build strategic alliances and long-term engagement.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers, analysts, and operations professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring employee growth and retention.
