Job Responsibilities
  • Directly manage performance & growth of senior-level Pre-Sales executives and Associate-level team members.
  • Lead Business Development Managers & Associates to achieve sales-qualified leads targets.
  • Monitor and train the team to improve performance and qualification rates.
  • Counsel learning prospects, offer career advice, and provide insight into how our programs can accelerate their careers.
  • Take responsibility for the entire Pre-Sales closing life cycle for assigned teams, including outbound calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and management.
  • Generate outcomes with optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Maintain detailed databases of interactions with leads and provide constant feedback on lead quality.
  • Set weekly and monthly sales qualified leads targets.
  • Analyze and share active feedback about customer behavior, market demands, and competition with the marketing team.
  • Handle escalations and improve customer experience.
  • Promote sales propositions, suggest solutions, and designate weekly targets and job obligations to team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales/Pre-sales within the EdTech domain.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in managing and heading Sales/Pre-Sales teams.
  • Individuals with systematic approaches to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within deadlines.
  • A sales mindset to effectively communicate NxtWave's offerings to prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Dedicated individuals who are hardworking and determined.
  • Strong sense of empathy and patience.
