Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new relationships, and mentoring team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of excellence within the team by providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Create and maintain a network of introducers and leaders by building strong relationships and fostering partnerships.
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve performance by providing constructive feedback, training, and development opportunities.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular reports to leadership by analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
  • Cross-check data to ensure accuracy and reliability in all aspects of the job.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and success.
