Job Description

About this role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our delivery team, ensuring seamless execution of projects and exceptional quality standards.
  • This individual will participate in client calls, understand quality requirements, and implement solutions in consultation with operations managers and team leaders.
  • The successful candidate will identify areas for improvement, provide feedback, and coach employees to minimize errors and enhance performance.
  • They will also generate QA reports, track internal and external SLAs, and meet/exceed inspection efficiency scores and other metrics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the delivery team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring quality standards are met through process improvements and employee coaching.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining records of errors and utilizing them for organizational growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in medical coding with surgery.
  • Proven expertise in client and stakeholder management, team leadership.
  • Graduation in life science is mandatory.
