Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate D&T Analyst to join our Product Information Capabilities team at General Mills Digital & Technology department.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Product Content Management and Analytics, with experience working on large technology implementation projects. They will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and working on digital content activities for General Mills core and brand websites across the globe.

This role plays a critical part in linking business objectives to core technological capabilities. The successful candidate will collect requirements from business, establish processes, and coordinate work with our technical development team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Publishing content on different ecommerce websites for various retailers.
  • Web-checking to ensure that the right content is getting published corresponding to the right products.
  • Audit on an ongoing basis.
  • Managing workflow for asset ingestion, metadata automation, and hierarchy integrity.
  • Prioritizing, coordinating, and completing all aspects of recipe system production and other special projects using IRIS, RMS, and custom applications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • Some experience leading / working with teams in an agile setting as an analyst.
  • Experience working as an Analyst on large technology implementation project.
  • Excellent problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution.
  • Ability to research, plan, organize, lead, and implement new processes or technology.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
