Sales Development Representative Role

We're seeking a highly motivated sales professional to help us pitch influencer marketing solutions to brands, agencies, and startups.

  • Pitching Influencer Marketing Solutions: The successful candidate will be responsible for pitching our influencer marketing solutions to brands, agencies, and startups.
  • Generating Leads: They will also be responsible for generating leads, building a pipeline, and converting prospects into paying clients.
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams: Our sales representative will collaborate with internal teams to create custom influencer campaign proposals.
  • Understanding Client Needs: They will understand client needs and recommend the right influencer strategies and creator mix.
  • Maintaining Post-Sale Relationships: They will maintain strong post-sale relationships for repeat business and upselling.
  • Staying On Top of Social Media Trends: Our ideal candidate will stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and creator niches.
  • Meeting Monthly Revenue Targets: They will meet monthly revenue targets and report on sales performance.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and client handling skills.
  2. Strong Understanding of Creator Platforms: A strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other creator platforms.
  3. Proactive and Persuasive: Proactive, persuasive, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.
  4. Ability to Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Ability to work with cross-functional teams (campaign, operations, content).

  • Prior Experience in Selling Influencer Campaigns: Prior experience in selling influencer campaigns or digital media solutions.
