Job Overview:
As a Client Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and support to our high-net-worth clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting Advisor teams with various client-related activities, such as new account onboarding, asset transfers, and account maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Advisor teams with client onboarding, including collecting required documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process new account applications, transfers, and other account-related requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities.
Requirements:
- Four-year degree or higher in Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- In-depth understanding of processes and procedures for client onboarding, account maintenance, and account funding.
- Acquaintance with different financial instruments (Stocks, Options, Fixed Income, Debt).
- Prior experience in wealth management operations or investment process implementation is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, Superior written and verbal communication skills, Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Enthusiastic and positive approach to problem-solving and client service, Proven track record with cross-training, task-sharing, and mutually supportive teamwork.
