Job Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Banking Head to lead our team of relationship managers in the high net worth channel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and mentoring the team, ensuring they meet their income targets, and providing them with the necessary training and support to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires a strong understanding of banking products and processes, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • To acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referencing
  • To ensure timely onboarding of quality accounts in the HNW channel
  • To reduce account depletion and increase liabilities size of relationships
  • To enhance and retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet
  • To provide financial planning and investment advice to customers based on their needs
  • To maintain updated relationship files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail branch banking in the HNW channel
  • Exposure to banking is preferred but not essential

Skills Required

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of banking products and processes
