Senior Communication Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer - Communications to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in long-range and satellite communication systems for aerospace applications.
This role involves the design, integration, and testing of complex communication systems. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to define system architectures, integrate payloads, antennas, and ground control stations, and conduct lab and field testing for validation.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of RF engineering, software-defined radio (SDR), data links, and satellite communications. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Bonus: Defence/aerospace background, cybersecurity knowledge, and familiarity with military/commercial communication standards are highly desirable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• B.E/M.E. in EE, Aerospace, or related field
• 7–10+ years in communication system design and development
• Strong expertise in RF engineering, SDR, data links, and satcom
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems and protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bonus: Defence/aerospace background, cybersecurity knowledge, and familiarity with military/commercial communication standards
