Finance Leaders Wanted: Drive Financial Strategy

At our dynamic agri-biotech startup, we seek a highly skilled Finance Manager to spearhead financial strategy, optimize unit economics, and ensure the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective cost control measures.
  • Coordinate internal and statutory audits; ensure timely compliance and reporting.
  • Negotiate with banks and financial institutions to raise and manage debt cashflows.
  • Optimize cash flows, working capital, and financial health metrics.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss statements.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Provide timely management information for internal and investor reporting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to track key performance indicators and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of relevant experience working in manufacturing industries, investor firms, or CA firms.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in managing debt, financial modeling, and government liaisoning.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, compliance, and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
