Revenue Management Professional

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue recognition for various products in accordance with Company policy.
  • Maintain order-to-cash global policies, standards, and process documentation within defined areas of responsibility.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations for revenue, deferred revenue, accounts receivable, and unbilled receivables.
  • Review customer invoices for accuracy and completeness based on customer contracts.
  • Resolve invoicing disputes and escalate issues effectively.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
  • Enhance standardization and efficiency of processes and procedures through proactive implementation.
  • Communicate efficiently with internal departments such as sales, operations, and application teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables through system enhancements and implementation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to achieve their full potential.
